And if you want to turn this into a more complete meal, feel free to add grilled chicken, or even sliced pepperoni. I like to mix up extra dressing and keep it in the refrigerator so I can toss this salad together at a moment’s notice. And cherry tomatoes are fine in place of grape tomatoes. If you’re not a fan of kalamata olives, you can definitely substitute regular black olives. So don’t just serve it with Greek food, because it pairs well with pretty much everything.
